Events March 2026 9/March/2026 SKG Awareness Walk – Sharing the Planet Our SKG learners participated in an engaging Awareness Walk as part of the Sharing the Planet theme, promoting the importance of environmental responsibility. With handmade posters and simple slogans, students spread messages about cleanliness, waste management, and caring for nature. The activity encouraged them to understand how small actions can create a positive impact on the environment. The walk was a meaningful step in nurturing responsible, aware, and environmentally conscious young learners. 13/March/2026 Grade 1 Student-Led Conference Our Grade 1 students confidently led their Student-Led Conference, presenting their learning across Inquiry, Numeracy, and Literacy. Through models, charts, and interactive activities, students showcased their understanding of topics like the water cycle, safety practices, and environmental awareness. In Numeracy, they explored addition, multiplication, and time, while in Literacy they worked on grammar, vocabulary, and sentence building. Students expressed their ideas with confidence, making the conference a proud reflection of their learning and growth. 12/March/2026 Grade 3 Student-Led Conference Grade 3 students confidently led their Student-Led Conference, sharing their learning journey with parents. They presented their understanding across Inquiry, Numeracy, and Literacy through engaging activities and displays. Using charts, models, and interactive tasks, students explained key concepts effectively, reflecting strong communication skills and subject understanding. The conference encouraged students to take ownership of their learning while strengthening the connection between students, parents, and teachers, making it a proud reflection of their progress and growing confidence

Events February 2026 31st January to 2nd February National Speed Skating Championship GJR International School celebrates its students’ success at the 25th National Speed Skating Championship held in Chennai. Akhil Gautam Kathiravan secured 3rd place; Avika Kandola and Jhanavi Durai Anand earned 2nd place; and Reesha M secured 3rd place in individual events. In relay events, Arika Yadav achieved 1st place; Shreemadhava secured 2nd place; Akhil Gautam Kathiravan and Naren Karthick S earned 3rd place; while Avika Kandola, Reesha M, Pranay Vikranth, Dristi Mishra, and Jhanavi Durai Anand secured 1st and 2nd place finishes. Lakshmi Vaishnavi Bandaru also participated. The students displayed remarkable skill and sportsmanship at the national level. 15/February/2026 Annual Day 2025–26 – Grade 1–4 GJR International School celebrated its Annual Day 2025–26 with enthusiastic participation from Grade 1–4 students.The event featured vibrant performances in dance, music, and drama.Based on the theme “Mountains to the Seas,” the presentations highlighted cultural diversity and unity.Students showcased creativity, confidence, and strong teamwork on stage.Each act reflected dedicated preparation and expressive storytelling.The celebration created a joyful and engaging atmosphere for the audience.It was a proud moment celebrating the talent and spirit of young learners.
