Chess
The chessboard is the world, the pieces are the phenomena of the Universe, the rules of the game are what we call the laws of Nature and the player on the other side is hidden from us.
Chess is a game of not only intellect and cunning, but of bouncing back after losses, practice, discipline and persistence. This statement proved true by Chinmaya Vyas of GJR International School, who won the Under-16 boys interschool chess championship. He played six rounds with a total of 150 participants at GEAR International School.
The expertise that he has developed in chess at such a young and tender age is commendable and inspiring for all.
