Mrs. Neelam is a lifelong educator and a passionate, visionary leader committed to forming holistic international school communities. She is dedicated to cultivating an environment that prioritizes student achievement, professional inspiration, program effectiveness, and a secure, multifaceted school culture.

Her extensive academic background includes Master’s degrees in Environmental Sciences, Education, and Business Administration, complemented by numerous certifications and courses that fuel her commitment to lifelong learning. Mrs. Neelam is also an experienced Corporate and Teachers’ trainer with a deep-seated drive for excellence.

A proven trendsetter, she was among the commissioned women officers in the Indian Air Force before launching her second career in education two decades ago. Since then, she has been instrumental in imparting training, developing curricula, innovating classroom learning, strategic planning, and organizing. Her broad exposure to diverse geographical, cultural, and economic contexts has provided her with profound insights into global education systems.
