The Primary & Junior School (Grade 1 – 6) is structured around Inquiry-based Experiential Transdisciplinary Learning aligned to International Primary Years Programme methodology; emphasising on creating Personal and Reflective Learning Environment.
Students are encouraged to work in group settings to problem-solve and answer questions. These skills are the hallmarks of successful members of society. We rely on more than just textbooks to convey information. They use various manual and digital resources to research, analyze and present their learning. Our teachers routinely turn familiar primary school units of English, Mathematics, Science, Social, Languages, Performing & Visual Arts into memorable events.
At the same time, children learn to appreciate the strengths of others, a big step in terms of understanding differences and building bridges of cooperation towards common goals by following the right attributes.
Regular Assessments in the form of individual understanding, critical thinking, creative ideating, observations, student conferences, communication ability and conceptual understanding are conducted. Utmost care is taken to fill in the learning gaps through Differential learning strategies.
